The mission of Gonzalez Consulting Group is to support organizations seeking lasting, meaningful change. My approach to consulting is to start with where the organization is and listening to what the organization needs. Each agency has its unique history, perspective and purpose. Ultimately, the approach and goal of our consulting group is to improve communities, with communities. When needed, I bring in other consultants that also have decades of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector.
